Testing privacy
Tester accounts belong to adults. We keep the assigned username, verified adult email, app permissions, expiry, essential device/session records and feedback. Do not send a child's name, email, birthday or other personal information.
Your email identifies your tester account and receives beta updates and essential access/security notices. We do not add it to marketing lists or sell it. Other testers cannot see your profile or submissions.
Devices use a random installation identifier or app-generated key, not location tracking or an advertising fingerprint. Optional diagnostics are limited to platform, viewport and language. Screenshots are private and stripped of file metadata; review the pixels for personal information before attaching.
To request access changes, correction, export or deletion, contact the owner and include your tester username. Password changes are handled by the owner only. Retention is reviewed after a beta ends: remove unused verification tokens and expired sessions promptly, delivery records after 30 days, attachments and identifiable feedback within 90 days of an approved deletion or beta closure, and minimal security audit records after one year unless an incident requires retention. Username numbers are never recycled.
Revoking beta access does not delete local game progress or affect a purchased game. Offline beta access can last for the configured grace period (normally 24 hours); copied, modified or previously downloaded unprotected clients cannot be remotely made impossible to run.
